AIM Program Application
The Advanced Internship in Manufacturing (AIM) program includes a two-year degree in Advanced Manufacturing Automation Technology with Industrial Maintenance concentration that combines cutting-edge curriculum, paid work experience, along with learning highly sought-after business principles and best practices of a world-class manufacturer. Interested applicants must complete both the AIM application, as well as the Vincennes University application. For acceptance into the Lafayette AIM program, you must also be accepted to VU. Go to
vinu.edu/apply
to complete the application form selecting Advanced Manufacturing Robotics and Mechatronics -- code 8480. Students interested in paid internships should apply to Vincennes University (Interviews are currently occurring. Call 812.888.4812 for details) to continue in the selection process. Students also need to take the Accuplacer, SAT, or ACT test. The Accuplacer may be taken at various locations, including our Lafayette site.
Applicants of interest will be selected for an interview. Students selected for the AIM program will be notified in late spring. Those not selected for the Lafayette AIM program may still qualify for the Advanced Manufacturing Robotics and Mechatronics program on the Vincennes campus.
